USAlliance Consulting LLC is based in New Jersey in the Princeton area. They consult with both U.S. based and international located companies. Mr. Batt's personal expertise is in the financial services and transportation sectors. He has twenty years experience in the United States, working with major financial organizations such as American Express and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Batt has also occupied leadership positions in not-for-profit organizations, assisting them in fund raising, strategic planning and brand management. Mr. Batt started his career in the United Kingdom, working for the P&O group of companies.
During 17 years at Merrill Lynch (one of the largest U.S. financial services organizations) Mr. Batt held several senior positions including Director of e-commerce Marketing In this role, Mr. Batt was responsible for the successful launch of the largest propriety financial web portal, during the late 90's. Previously Mr. Batt had been the Director of Compensation at Merrill Lynch, responsible for sales and management compensation plans.
Mr. Batt was educated in England attending Brooklands College for a degree in electronic engineering followed by attendance at the City University to become a graduate of the CIPD. He is currently a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Mr. Batt also attended the Executive Program at the Brookings Institute in Washington D.C. as well as the Center for Creative Leadership in North Carolina.
